Hilary Duff's five-year-old daughter Mae is growing up to look just like her famous mom – and her dad Matthew Koma couldn't resist pointing out the resemblance.
The musician shared an adorable photo of Mae to his Instagram Stories on August 30, showing the little girl smiling at the dinner table with her hair styled into two tiny space buns.
Matthew, 39, then followed the sweet family snap with photos of Hilary sporting an almost identical hairstyle as her beloved Disney character Lizzie McGuire more than two decades ago.
© InstagramAnd with her blonde hair, big smile and playful expression, it's easy to see why the proud dad made the comparison.
Mae is one of three daughters Hilary, 38, shares with Matthew, alongside Banks, seven, and Townes, two. The actress and singer is also mom to 14-year-old Luca, whom she shares with her ex-husband, former NHL player Mike Comrie.
It's not the first time Hilary's children have found themselves sharing the spotlight with their mom.
© InstagramLast month, Banks, Mae and Townes joined the singer on stage during the second of her two sold-out shows at New York's Madison Square Garden, where the family tucked into a box of New York pizza in front of thousands of fans.
The family moment came during Hilary's hugely successful Lucky Me Tour, her first full-scale global headline tour in almost 20 years. The comeback has seen the former Disney star sell out both nights at Madison Square Garden and take the music she first became famous for as a teenager to a new generation of fans.
It's a remarkable full-circle moment for Hilary, who was just 13 when Lizzie McGuire premiered on the Disney Channel in 2001.

At the same time, Hilary became a bona fide pop star. Her 2003 album Metamorphosis reached number one on the Billboard 200 and produced songs including 'So Yesterday' and 'Come Clean', while tracks such as 'Why Not' and 'What Dreams Are Made Of' became inextricably linked with her Disney years.

She later found love with singer-songwriter and producer Matthew after the pair worked together on her 2015 album Breathe In. Breathe Out. They welcomed Banks in 2018 before tying the knot in an intimate ceremony at their Los Angeles home in December 2019. Mae arrived in 2021, followed by their youngest daughter Townes in 2024.
And more than 25 years after Lizzie McGuire first made her famous, Hilary appears to have her own little Disney-era double at home.
