Ana de Armas often undergoes intense physical training for her movie roles, and it appears she doesn't let her workouts slide during her downtime.
The 38-year-old looked ripped in a bikini-clad photo taken during her adventure-filled summer of fun.
Ana posted a carousel of photos to Instagram on Wednesday, and one that really stood out featured the actress wearing a tiny lilac floral bikini.
The Cuban-American star stood on a boat deck, leaning against the railing while shielding her eyes from the sun.
Her brunette tresses blew in the breeze, but it was her defined arms, sculpted abs, and long, toned legs that stole focus from her picturesque surroundings.
Ana's followers loved the glimpse into her private life, with many flooding the comment section of her post with heart-eyes emojis.
Ana's workout routine
Ana achieves her svelte, toned figure with intense training and switching up her workouts to keep it interesting.
"I have to prepare for action films I'm doing with really intense physical work, training, and choreography. I do it from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., and then I get a break," she told Vogue UK.
"On the weekends, I get to go to the shooting range, and I practise shooting with firearms that I have to use in the film. I enjoy it very much."
Ana is also a fan of boxing, as it helps keep her fit and allows her a release.
"It releases all of this energy, and there is nothing boring about it. You don't have to do the same thing every day because you don't feel the same way every day, you know? I get a lot of joy from it, and it's a great workout, trust me!" she shared with Who What Wear.
As for her diet, Ana prefers not to restrict herself from anything. "I'm not very disciplined with diets," she told People.
"In general, I do whatever makes me happy in life, and food makes me quite happy!" The action star revealed that her go-to comfort food was a Cuban dish that consisted of rice and beans topped with a fried egg.
Aside from her workout regimen, Ana also ensures that she keeps her mental health strong while training for intense roles like in Ballerina.
"I do meditate. I like it very much. When you start doing it, and you're consistent with it, you realize how much it helps with all the things that come up for you," she explained to Vogue.
"It's been a very intense year for everybody, and I thought that it was important to figure out a way in which I could create space to take time for myself to think, meditate, feel good and healthy."
