Sydney Sweeney has been racking up the big paychecks for her work over the years, ranging from starring in Euphoria, blockbuster movies, to her recent controversial nude ad for the sports trading app Novig.
The actress made a name for herself on the hit series Euphoria and her bank statement majorly increased over the years.
The star used to earn about $25,000 per episode during the first season. Season two gave her an increase of $350,000 per episode.
Then during season three, she made an impressive $800,000 per episode.
The entertainer also stacked up her paychecks from successful blockbusters, including $750,000 for Madame Web, $2 million for Anyone But You, and $7.5 million for The Housemaid.
On top of that, Sydney recently partnered with Novig, and the brand's racy commercial featured the star posing nude while holding footballs and soccer balls.
Her projects have accumulated over the years and Sydney's net worth is a massive $50 million, per Celebrity Net Worth.
Although she's earning big figures, her latest campaign for Novig got a fiery response from professional female athletes on social media.
Olympic gold medalist Ariarne Titmus wrote: "I can't describe how infuriated I feel when I watch this."
She added: "Not only is it a kick in the face to every woman who has dedicated her life to perfecting her craft, but every woman who enjoys sports for what it really is – teamwork, friendship, dedication, excellence, unity. How do we live in a world where monetizing a woman's body and sexualizing women's sport is still a thing?"
HYROX athlete Lucy Davis commented online: "I don't know wtf Sydney Sweeney was doing, but it's 2026. Stop sexualizing women in sport."
This isn't the first time that Sydney has been involved in a controversial commercial.
In August 2025, American Eagle featured the star wearing jeans with the tagline: "Sydney Sweeney Has Great Jeans."
People criticized her involvement in a campaign which played around with the phrase "good genes," as a way to wrongfully push forward racist beauty standards.
Sydney explained to People: "I was honestly surprised by the reaction. I did it because I love the jeans and love the brand. I don't support the views some people chose to connect to the campaign. Many have assigned motives and labels to me that just aren't true."
The brand also put out a statement online, expressing: "Sydney Sweeney Has Great Jeans' is and always was about the jeans. Her jeans. Her story. We'll continue to celebrate how everyone wears their AE jeans with confidence, their way. Great jeans look good on everyone."
