Michael J. Fox's son Sam has shared a beautiful glimpse of his wedding to Molly Milstein, with romantic photographs showing the couple posing against an autumnal backdrop.

The 37-year-old, who is the eldest child of the Back to the Future actor and his wife Tracy Pollan, appeared alongside his bride in two outdoor portraits.

Molly wore a strapless white gown with a fitted bodice and a full, layered skirt that swept across the ground. Her brunette hair was pinned into an elegant updo, leaving her shoulders bare.

Sam complemented his wife in a black tuxedo, white shirt and bow tie, finishing his outfit with a small boutonnière and dark-framed glasses.

Molly's romantic bridal look

One photograph captured the couple standing beneath a covered wooden bridge, surrounded by trees beginning to turn shades of orange and rust.

Molly leaned towards her husband, with her long, sheer veil spread across the ground beside them. The delicate fabric extended beyond her skirt, creating a dramatic train against the rustic setting.

In the second image, the bride posed on a lawn with one hand resting on her hip, revealing the shape of her structured bodice and voluminous skirt.

Sam stood a few steps behind her, holding a small bouquet with trailing white ribbons. Woodland and a sunlit hillside provided the backdrop to the portrait. "So beautiful," wrote Tracy in the caption.

A year since their wedding

The photographs come a year after Sam and Molly married in October 2025.

The couple previously shared pictures from an intimate New York City ceremony, announcing their marriage on Instagram the following month. Those earlier photographs showed Molly wearing a pearl-white peplum jacket and miniskirt, with Sam in a dark suit.

His mother Tracy and sisters appeared in the images from that celebration. Sam and Molly had announced their engagement in February 2024, sharing a photograph taken during a snowy trip to Vermont.

Michael's touching words about his son

Michael has regularly celebrated his close relationship with his eldest child in affectionate Instagram tributes.

Marking Sam's birthday in May 2025, he wrote: "Happy Birthday Sam...No better friend, brother, or son on the planet. Love you so much."

The message accompanied a playful photograph of the pair standing together, with Michael pretending to punch his smiling son.

The previous year, the actor had also thanked Sam for the laughter he brings to his life.

"Oh yeah, thanks for all the laughs. You are my best friend and only son. Happy birthday!" he wrote in his 2024 birthday tribute.

Sam has followed his parents into the entertainment industry, working behind the camera. His credits include producing the short film Good Grief and Ben Barnes's music video 11:11, alongside production work on Dead Boy Detectives.

A special moment for the Fox family

The wedding photographs follow another significant family occasion, with Michael receiving the Bob Hope Humanitarian Award at September's Emmy Awards.

Tracy and their four children, Sam, twins Aquinnah and Schuyler, and youngest daughter Esmé, joined him for the celebration.

Accepting the award in recognition of his Parkinson's advocacy, Michael paid tribute to their support.

"I thank Tracy and our kids for their sacrifices, for their patience and for their love. You have no idea," he said during his acceptance speech.

Michael and Tracy married in July 1988 after meeting through Family Ties, where she played his character's girlfriend. They welcomed Sam the following year, beginning the family that has remained central to the actor's life throughout his career.
