Catherine Zeta-Jones recently shared what she really thinks of her husband Michael Douglas' new memoir titled One Helluva Ride, which was released on October 6.

The actress visited Today on October 8, where she got candid about the book.

Willie Geist inquired: "I've gotta ask you, because I was just telling you, I interviewed your husband Michael Douglas yesterday. He's got a memoir out. He told me, and I'm curious if this is true, that you have not read the book yet?"

Catherine admitted: "It's true." She explained: "Look, I've just finished [shooting] Wednesday [for] season three. We shot in Dublin for seven months, and then I just literally got on a Ryanair plane and landed in London – did all of the Kill Jackie stuff."

The movie star continued: "Then I went to Bilbao, Spain, and now I'm here talking to you Willie on the fabulous Today show."

Aside from sharing her packed itinerary, she joked: "And as much as I love my husband, when I'm tired at night, I have no intention of reading about him…at all."

Regardless of the fact that she didn't read the book yet, she advertised: "But everyone else should. The book is called One Helluva Ride, and I think everyone should hold onto their cowboy hats, because I think it is."

Being that that memoir goes into depth about not only Michael's successful career, but his marriage with the actress, Willie teased what Michael told him in his recent Today interview.

Willie recalled: "He told me that he came home the other night, sort of peeked around the corner, and you didn't seem upset, so he thought, 'Okay, we're in good shape.'"

Catherine charmingly replied: "He caught me in a good time," as she laughed.

The couple, who have been married since 2000, know a thing or two about longevity, and it's apparent that humor is a huge part of their personal secrets to success.

Michael shared his insight with People on what makes a marriage work long-term, confirming: "A good sense of humor doesn't hurt, number one."

He continued: "And talking things out. Never using the words 'never' or 'always' when you get angry with each other. And putting yourself in the other person's position before you make your value judgment."

Overall it comes down to enjoying each other's company and sharing hobbies together as a form of bonding.
