Courteney Cox looked better than ever as she went for a dip in the crystal-clear waters of Hawai'i on Saturday, before attending the wedding of her close friend, Jennifer Meyer.

The 62-year-old turned heads in a black bikini that showcased her svelte figure, and she completed the look with stacked gold necklaces and gold earrings. Courteney pulled her dark locks back into a ponytail as she swam in the ocean, before exiting the waves and getting ready for the big day.

Also in attendance at Jennifer's wedding to billionaire Geoff Ogunlesi were Kate Hudson, Leonardo DiCaprio, and Tobey Maguire, the latter of whom was married to Jennifer from 2007 to 2016.

Courteney achieves her enviable figure through frequent exercise, including Pilates, tennis, and interval training.

"I do Pilates three times a week with an amazing teacher, Jessica McTighe. I'm also into walking, then running. I walk for a minute, then I run for a minute. I try to do that for 30 minutes, three times a week," she told New You.

The actress is a stickler when it comes to exercise and wellness

"For toning, I like to use those bands and walk across the floor sideways and then front. I also play tennis on Sundays."

"When I'm off [work] for two weeks, I'll be really consistent, and I'm like, 'Wow, my body's looking much better.' But then all of a sudden, I can't work out for two weeks and go from scratch," she lamented.

Eating clean

As for her diet, the Friends star tries to eat clean, with everything from celery juice to decaf coffee keeping her healthy.

"I take vitamins every morning. I used to do celery juice in the morning for about two years. I was so obsessed with it that I even did it on vacation. I would find a way to get a juicer and do it," she told Marie Claire.

"Now, I am doing the cucumber, pineapple, ginger, and lemon thing. I don't know if it's cleaning my gut, but it's a way to get something liquid down because it's hard for me to drink water. Finally, I have a cup of decaf coffee with oat milk and honey."

Major heartbreak

Courteney has endured a major life change in recent months after her split from Snow Patrol musician Johnny McDaid following 13 years of dating.

The couple were together for 13 years

The pair first met at a party in 2013 when they were introduced by their mutual friend, Ed Sheeran, and they went on to date before briefly splitting in 2015 and reconciling a year later.

"Three years in, we broke up, and it was really intense. We broke up in therapy. I didn't know it was coming, whether I should have or not," she recalled on the Minnie Questions with Minnie Driver podcast. "He just broke up within the first minute. And I was like, what? We were engaged, and I was so shocked. I was in so much pain."

She continued: "He wasn't trying to surprise me. He was in that much pain in the relationship. There was that much that needed to be dealt with that he had to protect himself around his heart."

The duo eventually reconciled, but they have not been spotted together in public since September 2025 when they appeared at the US Open.
