Elisabeth Shue was an '80s Hollywood favourite and has continued to build on that star momentum. From The Karate Kid to The Boys, her celebrity status is irrefutable but she's less keen on red carpet commitments. Fortunately, Elisabeth made a surprising appearance at the premiere of her latest film project Whalefall, where she showed off her timeless natural beauty.

Roses are red

Elisabeth Shue doesn't often opt for a red carpet appearance, but she made an exception for the blue carpet on October 13, 2026 at the premiere of Whalefall. The drama follows a son's underwater search for his father's remains and subsequent fight for survival when he's swallowed whole by a whale.

The actress donned a pair of black platform heels, tights and a bold black mini dress with a high neckline and punchy red floral print.
