Emily Ratajkowski just proved that swimsuits are the fashion-forward choice over bikinis for our swimwear agenda this season.
On October 20, the supermodel took to Instagram to show off her flawless physique in a daring black swimsuit. The garment featured a halter-neck look with a plunging design that flattered the bust. Emily styled the swimwear number with a simple black skirt that she ruched up in the mirror selfie. She completed the look with oversized black sunglasses and left her brunette locks down in a sleek, straight style.
"Lotsa LA lately," she penned in the caption.
The post also included a series of behind-the-scenes pictures from the 6th Annual Academy Museum Gala. Emily wore a red Burç Akyol Spring 2027 dress that featured a figure-hugging silhouette with a sleeveless design. The semi-sheer garment boasted delicate ruched detailing on the straps and the skirt.
Emily has been embracing opaque designs for her red carpet style lately. The 35-year-old went braless as she rocked a sheer black midi dress that featured a cowl neckline with a figure-hugging silhouette for the premiere of Sacrifice, in Athens. The opaque garment boasted a sleeveless design and was layered over simple black lingerie that was left exposed beneath.
Meanwhile, for the Albies in London, she slipped into a bedazzled 'naked' dress courtesy of Gucci. The brown-hued gown was adorned with intricate sequins and featured long sleeves with a high neckline and contouring silhouette.
Emily Ratajkowski's workout routine
Emily's approach to fitness is all about balancing her workouts and diet. "I really like being outside and doing yoga, so I do a lot of hiking in LA," she told InStyle. "I have a yoga studio really close to my house that I go to like once a week."
However, the star also ensures she prioritizes her mental health. "For me, the way I sleep afterward is one of the main reasons to work out. I am always on my phone working, and I think that's affected my sleep. I'm also really light-sensitive. When I work out, it's better than taking a melatonin."
She continued: "Most of my life [my physical and mental health] was very disconnected, but now I check in with myself more," she said. “Sometimes that means ordering a mountain of Thai food and staying at home and watching TV – and that can be wellness."
"I love eating a meal in bed on like, a Thursday night or whatever, instead of going out, and just being cozy. I'm all about the balance of that stuff, and I really, as cheesy as this sounds, truly believe that mental and physical are really aligned, so taking care of yourself physically will help you mentally and vice versa."
