Emily Ratajkowski gave her fans a glimpse into her summer swimwear agenda – and it features a blend of contrasting prints.
The model took to her Instagram Stories on July 30 to share a series of striking snaps from her sun-soaked vacation. The first picture captured Emily posing in front of a pool for a window selfie. The 35-year-old wore a red striped triangle bikini top with leopard-print bottoms that featured side-tie detailing.
The following post featured a selfie of Emily pouting at the camera while wearing a pair of lime-green snorkelling goggles. She switched up her bikini look with a blunging burgundy top adorned with red and cream accents. The actress accessorized with a dainty gold necklace while her brunette locks were left down in a wet style.
Emily Ratajkowski's second book launch
Emily's vacation comes after she announced her second book, Motherfucker. The work is "an examination of modern female identity through the story of the author’s own efforts as a newly single mother in New York City to discover what really constitutes a good life for a woman."
The star;s first book, My Body, was published back in 2021 and features a collection of essays and memoirs.
Emily Ratajkowski's workout routine
The model ensures she follows a balanced workout routine and diet. "I really like being outside and doing yoga, so I do a lot of hiking in LA," she told InStyle. "I have a yoga studio really close to my house that I go to like once a week."
"For me, the way I sleep afterward is one of the main reasons to work out. I am always on my phone working, and I think that's affected my sleep. I'm also really light-sensitive. When I work out, it's better than taking a melatonin."
"Most of my life [my physical and mental health] was very disconnected, but now I check in with myself more," she said. “Sometimes that means ordering a mountain of Thai food and staying at home and watching TV – and that can be wellness."
She continued: "I love eating a meal in bed on like, a Thursday night or whatever, instead of going out, and just being cozy. I'm all about the balance of that stuff, and I really, as cheesy as this sounds, truly believe that mental and physical are really aligned, so taking care of yourself physically will help you mentally and vice versa."
