Emily Ratajkowski just infused her summer swimwear agenda with one of the season's hottest trends – polka dots.
The model took to Instagram on August 13 to share a carousel of photographs taken over her summer vacation so far. One picture captured Emily posing in a navy-and-white polka dot bikini in her blue kitchen. The set featured a triangle bikini top with delicate strings that wrapped around the waist, paired with matching tie-side bottoms for a playful look. The swimwear set was styled with black-and-white polka dot linen pants for a double print moment.
The polka dot print saw a resurgence during the spring/summer 2025 runway shows, with the likes of Jacquemus and Acne Studios integrating them into their designs. Fast forward to the autumn/winter 2025 runway season, the look was everywhere – think Fendi, Isabel Marant, Moschino, Conner Ives, and Altuzzarra.
Emily's luscious brunette locks were left down in soft waves while her makeup oozed glam, courtesy of a brown smoky eye and a nude lip. "The summer i finally read ferrante (it’s all i want to talk about)," she penned in the caption.
Another photo captured the star sunbathing in the beach clad in a tropical-inspired bikini that featured a strapless top with matching micro bottoms. Emily concealed her face from the sun with a beige raffia hat as she soaked up the rays.
Elsewhere, she posed for a selfie in a plunging leopard print bikini, which featured string detailing that wrapped around her sculpted waist. The look was styled with silver hoop earrings.
Emily Ratajkowski workout routine and diet for flawless figure
Emily follows a balanced workout routine and diet to maintain her toned physique. "I really like being outside and doing yoga, so I do a lot of hiking in LA," she told InStyle. "I have a yoga studio really close to my house that I go to like once a week."
"For me, the way I sleep afterward is one of the main reasons to work out. I am always on my phone working, and I think that's affected my sleep. I'm also really light-sensitive. When I work out, it's better than taking a melatonin."
"Most of my life [my physical and mental health] was very disconnected, but now I check in with myself more," she said. “Sometimes that means ordering a mountain of Thai food and staying at home and watching TV – and that can be wellness."
She continued: "I love eating a meal in bed on like, a Thursday night or whatever, instead of going out, and just being cozy. I'm all about the balance of that stuff, and I really, as cheesy as this sounds, truly believe that mental and physical are really aligned, so taking care of yourself physically will help you mentally and vice versa."
