Melanie C showcased her incredible physique during a high-energy performance in London on Friday, October 23 2026.

The 52-year-old singer looked sensational as she took to the stage at the O2 Academy Brixton, revealing her sculpted abs in a tiny cropped T-shirt and matching shorts.

The former Spice Girl, who has long been known for her athletic figure, opted for a sporty pink ensemble featuring a colourful graphic-print top, teamed with coordinating shorts layered over fitted cycling shorts.

Her long brunette hair fell in loose waves around her shoulders as she performed, looking relaxed and confident under the stage lights.

Photographs from the concert captured the singer flashing a smile between songs and displaying the toned physique that has become synonymous with her Sporty Spice persona.

The performance formed part of her world tour promoting her ninth solo album, Sweat, which was released in May.

The energetic show featured a mixture of new tracks and fan favourites, including her solo hits "Never Be the Same Again" and "I Turn to You", alongside Spice Girls classics "Viva Forever", "Say You'll Be There" and "Spice Up Your Life".

Melanie has been candid about her relationship with fitness and body image, revealing that her approach to exercise has changed considerably since her Spice Girls heyday.

In an interview with The Times earlier this year, the singer explained that strength training now plays an important role in her fitness routine, alongside cycling, running and stretching.

She also reflected on her complicated relationship with her body during the height of the group's fame, admitting she once pushed herself too hard in pursuit of a particular appearance.

Her latest performance comes as the Spice Girls celebrate 30 years since the release of their debut single "Wannabe", which catapulted Melanie and bandmates Victoria Beckham, Emma Bunton, Geri Halliwell-Horner and Mel B to international stardom in 1996.

And while fans are still hoping for another reunion, for now the star is enjoying her solo success, with her latest performances proving that Sporty Spice has lost none of her energy three decades on.
