Starting them young, Chris Hemsworth has introduced his kids to his intense training regimen, setting them on track to inherit his signature powerhouse build.
The actor took to Instagram on November 4 to share a series of photographs that captured him training with his twin sons, Tristan and Sasha. Set against a picturesque beachside backyard, the photos captured Chris holding up training mitts while his sons traded punches with him.
The 43-year-old rocked a gray vest with a pair of black shorts and a matching cap. Meanwhile, the 12-year-old twins opted for white T-shirts and black shorts as they trained with their father.
"Kids club. Keep ’em moving! Some of my fondest childhood memories are training with my dad. I remember being so eager to learn, constantly asking, “Dad, show me this! Show me that!” Feels like yesterday. Now, all these years later, I find myself in his shoes, sharing those same moments with my own kids. Funny how life comes full circle. Time flies. What a blessing fatherhood is @evanpaterakis," Chris penned in the caption.
Chris Hemsworth's workout routine
The actor's personal trainer Luke Zocchi previously spoke to HELLO! about his client's dedicated fitness routine. "Leading up to filming Furiosa, we were training 3-4 times a week. The regime was really similar to what we’ve created with the new Power Shred program on Centr," he shared.
"We did full-body workouts incorporating traditional lifts like bench presses, chin-ups, kettlebell deadlifts, lunges and machine exercises for all muscle groups. Then circuit-style cardio including running, SkiErg and functional movements like farmer’s carries, with minimal rests in between."
Luke continued: "Recovery always plays a big part in Chris' training, so much so that we have created a Centr recovery kit. During Furiosa filming we had access to a hotel sauna and cold plunge pool; and when we were in remote locations the main thing was taking time out after a training session to stretch and down-regulate his breathing."
Chris Hemsworth's family
Chris and his wife, Elsa Pataky, were introduced by Chris's talent agent in 2010 and married just months later in an intimate ceremony. They welcomed their daughter, India, in 2012, followed by twins Sasha and Tristan in 2014.
The actor and his wife reside in a sprawling $29 million AUD home in New South Wales. The couple moved in 2014 and the property was reconstructed into a mansion boasting six bedrooms, a media room, gym, spa and game room. The stunning abode overlooks the sea and features a luxurious terrace and dreamy swimming pool.
