What does Kristen think of Rob's hair-raising style change?

What will Robert Pattinson's legion of female fans make of this?

The vampire heart-throb has given his mane of 'run-your-fingers-through-it' hair the chop.

Rob debuted a quirky style at the Comic Con conference this week.

The chaotic cut appeared to be half shaved on one side of his head. 

His new style isn't a fashion statement though – it's for a film role.

The screen idol plays a high-flying finance manager in Cosmopolis.

During one scene he apparently storms out half way through a disastrous haircut.

The 25-year-old actor joined his Twilight colleagues – including his real life girlfriend Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner – at Comic Con.

They were all there to promote the new film in the vampire romance saga Breaking Dawn – Part 1.

 

During a question and answer session Rob and Kristen gave a rare insight into their relationship.

Asked if they had any nerdy habits, the British actor volunteered the information that Kristen "only watches the cooking channel".

He added: "Especially on-set - she has a TV in the makeup trailer.

"It's her only diva-ish behaviour - having the cooking channel on all the time in every room."

Kristen's comeback was: "You reap all the benefits!"

From the couple's exhange it would perhaps be safe to assume Kristen is the one who's in charge in the kitchen.
