Stunning beach babe Nancy Dell'Olio: 'I told Prince Harry we should go dancing soon'

12 MARCH 2012

She may have turned 50, but Italian diva Nancy Dell’Olio isn’t afraid to flaunt her body.

In a revealing beach photo shoot and interview in this week’s HELLO! magazine, the firecracker strips off Ursula Andress style to reveal her stunning curves and declares: "I have never loved my body more than I do now."

Shot on location in Jamaica, where the Strictly Come Dancing star Nancy has been holidaying with friends – and where she met up with Prince Harry at a state dinner – she says she looks and feels better than she has ever done.

"Lately, I have been exhausted tired, but it doesn’t show. People say I have never looked more healthy and that comes from inside. I am the happiest I have ever been," she tells the magazine.

Currently single, she lifts the lid on reports that she has been dating former M&S Chairman Sir Stuart Rose, revealing: "It's something that happened, but it’s not what’s happening at the moment".

And she recalls how former flame Sir Trevor Nunn, whom she dated for several months last year, pursued her after meeting her years earlier, in 2004, when she attended the opening night of one of his plays.

"He remembered me, I didn't remember him, not at all," she says. "I had no clue when he wanted to meet me that we'd already met. I didn't register the name. But he wanted to meet me again – and he could not stop staring at me.

"I like it when a real man knows what they want and will try to get it at any cost. That is very, very nice," she adds.

And one man who's definitely caught her eye is Prince Harry. Nancy tells how, when they met up in Jamaica, she was struck by how handsome the young royal looked in his black tie.

"He has a charisma, definitely; a twinkle in his eye and a lovely smile, a lovely face. In the flesh, he is even more handsome than in his pictures.

"I said to him, 'We should go dancing' because one time we danced together. We had a good laugh."
