Foods to avoid during your pregnancy

Fish
Some types of fish should stay off the menu because of their high elves of mercury, which can affect an unborn child's nervous system.
Avoid eating shark, swordfish and marlin and limit how much tuna you eat to no more than two fresh steaks a week or four medium sized cans about 140g - to minimise the toxicity risk.
And don't eat more than two portions of oily fish a week, including salmon, mackerel, sardines and trout.
You can eat all other types of fish - and should as part of a healthy diet
