There’s no way to sugarcoat it – summer 2023 has been a bit of a washout. Apart from a few days of blazing sunshine in June, summer has yet to really kick off. Thankfully, it’s not too late to jet off in search of some sun with the family with TUI’s package holiday deals – and there’s still plenty of holidays available to be taken before the new school term in September.

TUI has just launched its latest incredible offer, giving holidaymakers the chance to save up to an extra £250pp on selected package holidays in August, September and October.

Nothing like booking a holiday last-minute to get the excitement levels going, especially for kids on school holidays right now! There’s hundreds of late summer deals to book still, with or without kids; if you’re travelling as a couple, you can shave hundreds of a romantic break for two to some bucket-list worthy destinations, including Italy, St Lucia and Mexico.

Families looking to make the most of the second half of the school holidays will found themselves able to save hundreds too, as the offer includes a range of family-friendly destinations that are less than a three-hour flight away from the UK.

These short-haul family holiday spots include action-adventure resorts in Greece, beach adjacent properties in Portugal and even a destination with theme park access in Turkey.

The TUI package holiday deal includes holidays departing up to 31st October 2023, based on 7,10,11 and 14 night breaks with two adults sharing. Kids can be added at an additional cost, but bear in mind some of these properties might also benefit from free kids places too.

The saving is already included in the final price, so you don’t need to add a special code.

One of the most luxurious breaks we found is a 7-night bed and breakfast holiday to the five-star Lux Le Morne resort in Mauritius, costing £2,432.95pp departing in August. The resort receives nothing but praise on Tripadvisor, with holidaymakers calling it “amazing”.

One of the cheapest deals we found is a 7-night self-catering holiday to Odysseus in Corfu, Greece. The week’s holiday would set you back £278pp, departing from London Stansted on September 4 2023.

Kids in tow? Book ahead in October to Turkey’s Rixos Premium Belek, a resort that’s situated next to a theme park and staying at the hotel gives you free access to the rides and fanfare of the park. The price, £1,288.12pp is based on two adults sharing, so additional charges for kids will apply, but you’ll save on food and drink as this is an all-inclusive trip.

Looking to depart next week? Don’t miss some of the truly last-minute offers, including a 7-night all-inclusive family holiday to BlueBay Lanzarote; costing from £697.57pp, the trip on offer leaves Glasgow airport on Thursday 17th August – just enough time to pack and grab those holiday essentials!

With over 3,700 TUI holidays on offer, there’s plenty to choose from to suit your budget and wishlist.
