Hundreds of fans had gathered outside the church with the hope of catching a glimpse of the blushing bride and her dapper groom.

Michelle, 27, arrived at the venue in style, pulling up in a luxurious white car adorned with ribbons.

"I'll get behind the decks," he recently told HELLO! Online. "I love DJing, so why not do it at my own wedding."

Mark, who proved a hit on the Strictly dance floor last year, then enjoyed his first dance with his new wife – although he recently admitted that he hoped it would be a moment when the couple can focus on each other rather than show off their moves.

"I just want the music to come on and it just be me and Michelle," he told HELLO! Online, while Ordinary Lies star Michelle agreed: "Yes, that will be our moment together when it's just me Mark and me to our song."

Earlier on Sunday, Michelle and Mark's guests had remarked that it was the perfect day for their nuptials.

"The sun's shining, let's have a wedding @michkeegan @MarkWright_ #MichelleAndMark," tweeted Anthony's partner Peter Eccleston.

Mark's younger brother Josh also expressed his excitement, writing: "Here we go. The brother is actually getting married.... Big day."

TOWIE star James Argent, who is long-time friend of Mark's, referenced the more emotional aspect of the wedding.

"The day has arrived!" he tweeted. "So excited for @MarkWright_ @michkeegan big moment. Love them both so much!!! #TissuesToTheReady."
