Robbie, 42, and Ayda, 37, married in a romantic ceremony held at their Beverly Hills home in 2010 – and the couple chose to share their happy day exclusively with HELLO! magazine.

Dubbed the showbiz wedding of the year, the strictly non-traditional day was packed with surprises; from Ayda substituting bridesmaids for their eight dogs, to Robbie's performance of his hit song Angels, which brought guests to their feet for a mass singalong.

Speaking to HELLO! moments after tying the knot, Robbie said of his new wife: "Ayda looked like the most beautiful girl in the world.

"The setting was so magical, and to be surrounded by family and close friends and then to see Ayda appear looking so radiant was almost too much for me to take… I am the happiest man alive."

The British star also explained why Ayda was his perfect life partner. "She makes me want to be a better person. And in the process I have become a better person," he said.

Since their stunning nuptials, Robbie and Ayda have become parents to two children. Their daughter Theodora Rose – known as Teddy – was born on 18 September 2012, and they welcomed their son, Charlton Valentine, into the world on 27 October 2014.
