She secured her first magazine cover in 1997 for Swimwear Illustrated, and the following year she won Miss Ujena in Mexico.
In the early 2000s, she began her acting career and appeared in movies such as Southwest Babes, Desert Rose and Dirty Monks.
She then modeled for Playboy, and portrayed Bo Peep in Peepshow in Law Vegas in 2012.

The two began a long distance relationship, being that Coco was focusing on modeling in LA, and Ice-T was busy filming Law & Order back in New York.

The couple have a unique approach to parenthood and even compare themselves to another famous family.
He revealed to People that "everyone parents differently."
The rapper added: "You have to be out of your mind to care what someone else has to say. Our parenting is a lot different than the normal, square couple from Oklahoma. I'm a [expletive] rock star, it's different."
He joked: "We're like the Osbournes. We have a different dynamic in our house. But it's not harmful. That's the main thing. It's us."
