Last week, the 37-year-old actress made headlines after it was confirmed that some of her little ones will appear in her upcoming live action Disney film Maleficent, a modern play on the classic fairy-tale of Sleeping Beauty.Joining Vivienne, whose role was previously revealed by Walt Disney Studios, are Pax, eight, and Zahara, seven. The film sees Angelina take on the role of Disney's most famous villain in a version that tells the story from the point of view of the wicked fairy. "I'm having a lot of fun. I've already got my horns fitted. My kids are very happy," she told Entertainment Weekly. The 37-year-old also confessed it's good to be bad - although there are some redeeming qualities to the character.
"It sounds really crazy to say that there will be something that's good for young girls in this, because it sounds like you're saying they should be a villain," she said. "It's not anti-princess, but it's the first time they're looking at this epic woman [in a different way]. It's a really great script." Meanwhile, Vivienne will star as a young version of Princess Aurora, whilst her two siblings will take smaller roles. The film also stars Juno Temple, Miranda Richardson, Sam Riley and Dakota Fanning's sister, Ella, who plays the grown version of Vivienne's character.
