Sandra Bullock has delighted fans by sharing an incredibly rare glimpse into her private family life, posting a collection of adorable Halloween photos featuring her two children.
The 62-year-old actress, who has always been fiercely protective of her children's privacy, took to Instagram on Saturday, October 31, to share a series of previously unseen photographs of her son Louis, 16, and daughter Laila.
The intimate family album captured some of the family's most memorable Halloween celebrations over the years, with Sandra proving that she is just as enthusiastic about dressing up as her children.
"Nothing is off limits in this household. Happy Halloween from us," the Miss Congeniality star captioned the post, adding smiling face, pumpkin and heart emojis.
One particularly adorable throwback showed Sandra dressed as Jessie from Toy Story, complete with a red cowgirl hat and long braid, as she cuddled up to a much younger Louis, who was dressed as Buzz Lightyear.
The actress also shared a photograph of herself and Laila wearing elaborate pirate costumes, with matching eye patches and feathered hats.
Another snap featured Sandra dressed as a sock monkey alongside her daughter, who wore a bright green alien costume, while their two dogs joined in the fun wearing their own elaborate outfits.
The collection also included a childhood photograph of Sandra dressed as a fisherman and a sweet video of a young Louis enthusiastically attempting to recite Buzz Lightyear's famous catchphrase.
The rare family photographs quickly attracted attention from Sandra's famous friends, with actress Sarah Paulson particularly taken with the video of Louis.
"The last slide is the cutest damn thing I’ve ever seeeeeeen," she enthused.
Mayan Lopez, daughter of comedian George Lopez, also shared her affection for the actress, writing: "Happy Halloween Sandy love you."
Meanwhile, Emma Heming Willis, wife of Hollywood star Bruce Willis, commented: "Love this so much! Happy Halloween to you and yours."
Sandra adopted Louis in 2010 and welcomed Laila into her family in 2015. Although she has occasionally spoken about motherhood in interviews, she has largely kept her children's lives away from the public eye.
The Oscar winner stepped back from Hollywood in 2022 to concentrate on raising her family, explaining at the time that she wanted to make the most of her children's younger years.
The actress returned to the big screen this year, reuniting with Nicole Kidman for the long-awaited sequel to their 1998 supernatural romantic comedy, Practical Magic.
She also surprised fans by joining Instagram in April, offering occasional glimpses into her life away from the cameras.
