gig in London over the weekend.The

singer and the charity entrepreneur, who have a one-year-old son Angelo together, couldn't look happier as they stepped out to make a rare public appearance.

Leaving baby Angelo at home, Adele and Simon were spotted arriving for their date night at private members' club Annabel's in Mayfair.The notoriously private couple looked more than happy to pose for photographs and openly showed their affection for each other. Simon lovingly embraced the mother of his child and planted a kiss on her cheek as Adele beamed for the cameras.Donning a black smock-style dress, the Grammy-Award winning artist looked relaxed and completely at ease in her man's arms. Simon looked equally as casual in a grey puffer jacket and dark trousers.

Adele and her old Etonian beau weren't the only famous faces in the crowd. Other celebrities who turned up for Lady Gaga's exclusive gig included Emma Watson, Eddie Redmayne, Suki Waterhouse, Jessie J and Jonathan Rhys Meyers.Lady Gaga was celebrating the launch of her latest album ARTPOP and keeping to her eccentric fashion style, donned an outlandish sequined leotard with matching platform boots and fishnets.
