Pregnant Mila Kunis dresses her bump discreetly for film launch

Mila Kunis was keeping her baby bump discreetly under wraps at the premiere of her new film – but there was no mistaking her pregnancy glow.

The expectant star looked stunning at the Hollywood premiere of The Third Person. Her blossoming tummy could barely be seen under her flowing black gown, which did – however – show off her toned legs.

Completing the look was a pair of vertiginous nude-hued platform stilettoes and minimal jewellery.

In the absence of her partner Ashton Kutcher, Mila attended with the film's director Paul Haggis and her co-stars Moran Atias, Emanuela Postacchini, and Maria Bello.

The movie also stars Adrien Brody, Olivia Wilde, Liam Neeson, James Franco, Kim Basinger, and Maria Bello.

It tells the tale of three couples' intertwining love stories and unfolds in in Rome, Paris, and New York.

Mila only recently confirmed she is expecting a baby with her former That 70s Show co-star Ashton. She has not revealed her due date or the gender of the forthcoming arrival, but has said she and Ashton have already chosen a name for the little one.

Mila, who is fluent in Russian thanks to her Ukrainian upbringing, said Ashton is also learning the language so they can speak to their new arrival in the East Slavic language.

"He's been taking classes for like six months now," said Mila during an appearance on the Ellen DeGeneres Show. "He does it twice a week, a woman comes to the house and gives him lessons."

Mila is hoping to have a natural labour, without an epidural.

"I'm going to do it as natural as I can, unless there's an emergency," she said. "I know, I'm crazy, but I did this to myself I might as well do it right."
