Gwyneth Paltrow was on sizzling form at the Grammys

Gwyneth, who is known for her January detoxes, strutted on stage confidently, showing off her endless legs with fellow presenter LL Cool J by her side. The debonair rapper certainly seemed to appreciate her appearance, smiling warmly, with one arm wrapped around her back.

Other A-listers providing talking points at the ceremony included Kanye West, who stormed the stage in one of his typically unpredictable moments and Rihanna who arrived in a demure princess-style gown featuring layers of tulle.

Meanwhile, Gwyneth's ex Chris Martin was also at the star-studded ceremony, performing with Beck. The two musicians teamed up to duet on Heart is a Drum with Beck – who had just won the coveted award for Album of the Year for Morning Phase.

It's thought that Chris is still seeing Jennifer Lawrence after onlookers reported seeing them together at Harry Styles' 21st birthday. Gwyneth is famously close to her ex and has given his choice her approval, saying "Chris wouldn't be with anyone who wasn't great".

It was important for Gwyneth that she support Bey, whom she described on Sunday as her "beautiful friend". The stars have been close for years. The actress recently talked about how she responded to the elevator incident involving Beyoncé's sister and husband Jay Z.

"I never say, 'What's going on?'," said the blonde beauty in an interview. "If any of my friends have anything like that, I call right away. Absolutely. If someone's clearly going through something, I always go straight for it."
