Pregnant Kim Kardashian shows no sign of slowing down as she progresses further into her second trimester. Following her appearance at the Cannes Lion festival, the mum-to-be jetted in to London to join her husband Kanye West on Thursday.
The couple were seen heading out for dinner in Mayfair together on Thursday night, with Kim highlighting her growing baby bump in a fitted top and skirt cinched in with a chunky waist belt.
The 34-year-old tweeted to let her fans know she had arrived in the capital earlier that day with a reference to one of Kanye's songs, writing: "Just touched down in London town!"

Kim is expected to join Kanye at Glastonbury festival over the weekend, where he is headlining the Pyramid stage on Saturday night. A source told The Sun that Kanye's number one fan has hired a VIP area where she is expected to be joined by her sisters Kendall and Kylie Jenner, along with Kylie's rumoured boyfriend Tyga and Formula 1 driver Lewis Hamilton.
The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star's debut at the music festival follows her talk at creativity and technology festival, Cannes Lion, on Wednesday. During her talk Kim openly praised her husband for encouraging her to launch her own video game, which has gone on to make $100million in its first year and racked up more than 28 million downloads around the world.
"I thank Kanye every day for making me do this deal," Kim said. "Kanye really talked me into doing this partnership.

"He always wanted to do music for video games, so he thought it was the coolest thing in the world to have a video game with a character of myself."
The mother-of-one, who is expecting a baby boy later this year, also revealed how she manages to be so successful with such a lot on her plate.
"I have my daughter now so I get up at 6am and answer emails before she gets up. Luckily I have a partner that gets up just as early, so that works," she revealed. "Then I work out my style, do some family stuff and then we film throughout the day. I send emails through the night so a lot of people hear from me at crazy hours."
