The Newcastle-born star posted the clip on Instagram which shows her dancing with one of her acts, Reggie 'n' Bollie.
Cheryl has two acts remaining in the competition this year
The fun video was uploaded with a caption reading: "When a serious rehearsal meeting turns into a vibe session with @reggienbollie...#loveit"
The 32-year-old pop star was dressed casually in a grey hoody, blue jeans and white trainers with her hair down as she enjoyed a mentoring session with the two hopefuls.
Cheryl, who has been praised by past contestants for being a hands-on mentor, lost one of her groups, Alien Uncovered, during the live shows at the weekend. The six-piece group and Bupsi were the first to leave the competition in a double elimination twist.
The girl group told HELLO! that Cheryl understood their style, whilst member Frank added, "We're really lucky that we had her."
With only six weeks until the final, the six girls hope 27-year-old Max Stone or fellow group Reggie 'n' Bollie will be crowned the winners, as they are "the most genuine and fun guys" in the competition.
Reggie 'n' Bollie remain in The X Factor competition
Reggie 'n' Bollie seem to be a hit with their fellow contestants and their mentor Cheryl, who regularly shares posts on social media in support of her groups.
The Fight for This Love singer recently posted a photo of herself with Reggie 'n' Bollie, saying: "Shout out to my soldiers @reggienbollie...your love and energy is seriously infectious. Luv you guys."
