James Blunt is known for his hilarious comebacks on Twitter, so when one social media user asked why he was invited to perform at Prince Harry's Invictus Games earlier this month, James had the perfect response.
The You're Beautiful singer retweeted a post from one user called Laura, from West London, that read: "Who invited James Blunt to the Invictus Games?"
James swiftly replied with: "Prince Harry. By text. BOOM!"

It's no secret that the singer, 42, and Harry, 31, are longtime friends. The pair come from similar backgrounds, having served in the army together.
The Prince, who has regularly supported James at gigs in London and abroad, also asked the musician to perform at the 2014 Invictus Games closing ceremony in London.
James' most recent performance was on Sunday night at the Queen's 90th birthday celebrations at Windsor. After singing, the chart-topper met the Queen and shook hands with her.
