It's not just fans eagerly awaiting the arrival of Cheryl and Liam Payne's baby – so too is Niall Horan! The One Direction star opened up this week about Liam's impending fatherhood, teasing that he thinks his friend is pretty "nervous" about becoming a dad.
"I’m looking forward to it," Niall, 23, told the Daily Star. "Liam hasn't said he is nervous, but I am sure he is. I bet he can't wait as well. It is a very exciting thing in your life."

Asked if he was surprised by the news of Cheryl's pregnancy, the star added: "He's great and she's lovely. It will be a lovely child."
Cheryl, 33, and Liam, 23, have chosen not to publicly confirm their baby news – but the former Girls Aloud star's bump did all the talking when the couple stepped out for a carol concert at the end of November.
Their child will be the second One Direction baby; Liam's bandmate Louis Tomlinson became a first-time father at the start of 2016 when his now ex-girlfriend Briana Jungwirth welcomed their son Freddie.

Just last weekend, little Freddie celebrated his first birthday with proud dad Louis taking to Twitter to celebrate the occasion. "Had a special day today with my birthday boy," the 25-year-old told fans. "Thanks for all the lovely messages!"
Briana, meanwhile, shared a sweet video showing Freddie toddling towards his birthday cake, with Louis helping to support him. "Special first birthday," she captioned the clip.
