Country star Kane Brown is well loved by fans, and on Sunday April 2 he will join Kelsea Ballerini as they host the 2023 CMT Awards for the third time together.
But this year's ceremony will be extra special as it will mark his first performance with wife Katelyn Jae for their single 'Thank God' which was released in 2022.
How did Katelyn and Kane Brown meet?
Katelyn Jae, 30, was an aspiring singer who had attended one of Kane's first concerts in Tampa, Florida in 2016, There, they were introduced through a mutual industry connection.

When did Kane Brown and Kateyln Jae marry?
Kane proposed to her on Easter Sunday in 2017, and a few weeks later announced their engagement to fans during a concert in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
They married 18 months later at Mint Springs Farm in Nolensville, Tennessee, on October 12, 2018 with over 200 guests in attendance.
Do Kane Brown and Katelyn Jae have children?
Katelyn gave birth to their eldest, a daughter named Kingsley, on October 29, 2019.
On December 31, 2021, the singer shared the news with fans that their family had grown as they had welcomed a second daughter, Kodi, on December 30 2021. The two girls often appear on their parent's social media accounts.

Katelyn was an aspiring singer and released several songs including 'Perfect'. She signed a management deal with Johnny Wright, the man behind Britney Spears and Backstreet Boys, but soon began to feel frustrated that she wasn't growing.
In 2019, however, she graduated from Berklee School of Music after completing an online degree in music management, and it allowed her to be able to advocate for Kane.
"I started realizing that the things I was learning in school were what he was dealing with in real life. So if Kane came home and he had a question I’d often be like, ‘You know, you don’t have to do that, right? They’re just telling you you have to do that. You’re the artist, and you can do whatever you want to do,’" she told the Berklee College magazine.
What has Kane Brown said about wife Katelyn?
"Two babies at the house while I'm on the road for the last month and still holding the fort down," Kane wrote on Instagram in early 2022 as he was out on tour.
"You're basically a super woman and I just wanted you and let everyone else know how appreciative I am of you! My rockstar."
What song do Kane Brown and Katelyn sing together?
The pair released their first song together, 'Thank God' in September 2022.
"My fans have been waiting five years for us to sing together," he told People when the song was released, revealing there were four or five tracks available to them. "And then 'Thank God' came in and I was like, 'This is the one.' And she said the same thing, but I'm so glad I waited for this particular one to come out."
"I keep telling everybody she's my secret weapon, but this song is just, like, us. I feel like it's any relationship song or anybody that's married or going to get married just knows. It's like, 'God put you in my life for a reason,'" he added.
