On the episode, which was released on Tuesday, May 26, Sean complemented Keke, saying: "You're obviously very charismatic, you're smart, you're beautiful." The two hit it off, discussing their past interviews and Sean's work creating one of the most successful internet talk shows, and fans loved it.
"If I had a nickel for every time I yearned for a relationship between a movie star and the host of a YouTube chicken show, I’d have two nickels. Which isn’t a lot, but it’s weird that it’s happened twice," one person wrote to Threads.

In February 2024, it was reported that Sean was dating the adult film star Melissa Stratton. The couple allegedly connected in October 2023 before meeting at the end of the year. Melissa and Sean were spotted traveling to many spots together, including Chicago, Los Angeles, and Las Vegas.

While Sean and Keke are not dating, their chemistry is talked about across the internet. The two first met in 2017 when Keke appeared on Hot Ones to promote her show Berlin Station. Four years later, the actress joined for a virtual appearance.
In November 2023, Sean admitted that the Hot Ones guest he crushed on was Keke herself, adding: "Very charming. Very charming woman." Keke opened up to People about Sean's admission, saying: "Not to say that I was surprised or I wasn't surprised. But when I heard it and people were sending it to me, I was like, 'I knew the vibes were vibing.'"
