Hannah Waddingham and her boyfriend Nick Beresford-Cleary made their red carpet debut on Wednesday evening. The Ted Lasso actress, 51, was joined by her spinal surgeon partner at the Variety Power of Women: London event on Wednesday.
Hannah cut a glamorous figure in a black sleeveless dress with a plunging neckline and a high-leg split.
The theatre star added to her look with a pair of black drop earrings and styled her platinum blonde locks into an updo. Nick looked dapper in a black tuxedo, which he wore with a matching bow tie.
The couple, who were first seen out together at the Cheltenham Festival in March, were all smiles as they posed together on the red carpet.
Hannah Waddingham's love life
Hannah was previously in a relationship with Italian businessman Gianluca Cugnetto for a decade. They welcomed daughter Kitty together in 2014 and split two years later.
The star previously told Women’s Health UK she was ready to start dating again after spending time focusing on raising her daughter.
She said: "It’s taken me eight years. I didn’t really have the space mentally or emotionally for that. "I’ve hunkered down and focused on my girl and me. [But] now I’m ready to stick my head above the parapet a bit more."
Asked if it was a "very good-looking parapet," Hannah laughed and replied: "It is."And it’s really lovely too, obviously, my relationship. But the best thing about it is, firstly, being happy and strong in myself."
Back in 2024, Hannah appeared on the Table For Two podcast and admitted her love life at the time was “a bit dry” and said she was "so busy" and "a bit picky".
"I want a guy that scoops me up and goes, ‘I’ve got you, I don’t care if you’ve got your make-up on or not, I’m happy to lie in bed with you and have Marmite on toast and a glass of milk’.
"And just be a lovely positive, charismatic soul. I’m 50 and I’m like, ‘Dude, if you are not going to step up, step off and be gone. Sod off until someone fabulous comes along’.
"I’d rather hang with my girlfriends and gay friends and be respected."
Who is Hannah's new man?
Nick’s physician biography reads: "He delivers a high volume elective and emergency spine practice encompassing all aspects of adult spinal surgery, including degenerative pathologies, spinal trauma, spinal oncology, and adult spinal deformity.
"His expertise is in degenerative disc disease, radiculopathy, back pain, sciatica, myelopathy, spondylolisthesis, spinal trauma, oncology and deformity."
His bio also states that he is a "strong advocate of patient empowerment" and has "extensive experience in robotics and navigation in spinal surgery."
