Congratulations are in order for Oti Mabuse, who revealed the incredible news she is pregnant with her second child on Thursday.
The former Strictly Come Dancing star, 35, and her husband of 12-years, Marius Ipeure, 41, are set to become parents for the second time after welcoming their daughter two years ago.
The couple shared the joyful news in a post on Instagram, which featured beautiful photos of them with their little girl. "Plot twist…" Oti penned.
"We thought we had our hands full already, but life had even bigger plans. Baby No. 2 is joining the dance party, and our hearts (and house) are about to get a whole lot fuller. #babynumber2."
In the photos, Oti was simply glowing, wearing a burnt orange dress that perfectly accentuated her blossoming baby bump. One moment showed Oti's daughter hugging her tummy, as the professional dancer held her baby scan.
Flooded with comments
The post was flooded with congratulations from Oti's Strictly Come Dancing family who couldn't wait to comment on the exciting news.
Gorka Marquez, a dad of two, wrote: "AMAZING NEWS GUYS." Karen Hauer then added: "Congratulations, guys."
Oti's sister Motsi, who is a judge on the beloved BBC programme, added: "We love you, congratulations, the bigger the better." Jowita Pryztal added: "Aaaaaaaaaa congratulations," alongside three red love heart emojis.
Baby number one
Oti and Marius welcomed their first daughter, whose name they have kept under wraps, in autumn 2024, but delayed revealing the news of her arrival until Christmas day, weeks later.
The Dancing on Ice host gave birth to her first child prematurely at 28 weeks. It was a "traumatic" experience for the professional dancer, with her newborn having to spend six weeks in the NICU.
While Oti still hasn't revealed her daughter's name, in 2024 she told HELLO! in an exclusive interview how she chose her little girl's moniker.
"My mother is the one who named her. My mum named all the children in the family. I think three months before she was born, the name was already set."
She continued: "I was going to name her my name, and then I was like, 'OK, let me just share one,' and then we decided on the day once we saw her, her other name for my husband's side."
Oti described her birthing experience as "one of the scariest" things because she felt unprepared. "I had a spontaneous birth. I just felt unprepared. And I guess you don't really have that opportunity to run around and get everything together," she explained.
"There was an anxiety of 'Oh my gosh, what am I going to do?' and 'What does this mean? What does this look like for us?' I was very anxious… Your body has created all these hormones, all these protective layers in your body and it's just there, so you're feeling scared, you're emotional, [and] protective."
