Mark Ruffalo's 25-year-old son is not only following in his famous dad's footsteps, but he's the spitting image of a young Mark from back in the 00s.
The 13 Going on 30 and Marvel star's grown-up son Keen Ruffalo is one of Hollywood's next gen actors who is making waves on screens right now thanks to his first major TV role in Prime Video's binge-worthy new drama Sterling Point. The series has been brought to life on the small screen by creator Megan Park (The Secret Life of the American Teenager) and Margot Robbie's production company LuckyChap Entertainment.
Keen stars as leading lady Annie Robertson's nonchalant twin brother Connor, 17, who follows her to a mysterious island in Canada after they receive a surprise inheritance from their estranged grandfather who recently died. He shares the screen with a group of young up-and-coming actors and well-known Hollywood star, The Walking Dead's Jeffrey Dean Morgan.
© Courtesy of PrimeWith the same head of dark curls, brown eyes and similar facial expressions, the resemblance is truly uncanny. And fans were quick to pick up on the father and son likeness after watching Keen's acting in Sterling Point.
"I can’t believe I’m looking at Mark Ruffalo’s son acting on my tv!" one viewer wrote on X (formerly Twitter), remarking that Keen "looks just like" his famous father.

Keen is Mark's eldest child with his actress wife Sunrise Coigney (Campfire Stories, In the Cut). The Hollywood couple also share a 21-year-old daughter named Bella Noche and 18-year-old daughter Odette.

Keen made his on-screen debut in his dad's 2013 film Begin Again. He starred in another of his dad's films, Thor: Ragnarok, in 2017.
But the up-and-coming star didn't intend to follow in his father's footsteps as a professional actor. He was actually enrolled to study fashion design before the COVID-19 pandemic hit and had him rethinking his career path.
"I was starting my freshman year of college just before COVID happened, and I was going for fashion design originally. And I dropped out not long after we ended up separating for COVID," Keen recently shared during an interview on TODAY.
© Getty Images for LiveNationStudi"I needed to change, and I was lost at the time. And so I saw that acting made my dad so happy and I was like, 'Listen, I need to try something new'." Keen said his father was "definitely supportive", but recalled him saying, 'You sure you wanna do this?', remarking there's "definitely less criticism" in other lines of work.
The now 25-year-old opted to study acting first and recalled in a chat with The Hollywood Reporter getting his dad's stamp of approval. "Finally, my dad saw a play that I did, and he was like, 'You might be ready now,'" he told the outlet. "He gave me the A-OK to go out into the world."
"My parents were never ones to make us do anything or, especially, impose any of their own ideas for what our career paths might be, which I appreciated a lot," he added.
