Meet Mick Jones' famous writer wife of over 40 years and his superstar stepchildren who completely took over the music industry

The Foreigner guitarist met Ann soon after she divorced her first husband, Laurence Ronson. The couple fell in love instantly, but due to Ann's precarious situation, they didn't tie the knot for a few years. After their marriage in 1985, Mick and Ann welcomed two children, son Alexander and daughter Annabelle.

During the early 2000s, the couple split after Mick's alcohol addiction worsened. Their divorce was finalized in 2007. Ten years later, with Mick living a sober life, he and Ann remarried and are still together today.

Before Ann met and fell in love with Mick, she was married to music producer and band manager Laurence Ronson. The two were friends with music legends Mick Jagger, Yoko Ono, and David Bowie.

Ann and Laurence had three children together – son Mark and daughters Samantha and Charlotte. The two's contentious divorce lasted several years, before she married Mick.

Ann is many things, including a reiki master and journalist. But she's probably best known for her high end jewelry line. She designs all of her pieces herself and uses materials like gold, stainless steel, and diamonds.

"My jewelry [fulfills me]," Ann said in a conversation with Costa Brazil. "I only work with things of beauty that I love. It doesn't have to be everybody else's taste, but I only create what I would actually get excited to wear myself."

Ann's oldest child, Mark Ronson, is the Grammy Award winning producer, songwriter, and DJ. Mark, 51, is known across the music industry for his work on albums like Back to Black and the song "Uptown Funk." Mark also won an Oscar for co-writing "Shallow" with Lady Gaga.

In 2021, Mark married Grace Gummer, the daughter of Meryl Streep and Don Gummer. The couple are parents to two daughters whose names they have chosen to keep private

Also born to Ann and Laurence, Charlotte Ronson, 49, is now a fashion designer. After graduating from New York University with a degree in studio art, she started her own fashion line. Charlotte's line has been worn by stars like Gisele Bündchen and Gwen Stefani.

The fashion designer is married to singer-songwriter Nate Ruess, with whom she shares children Levon, Olympia, and Delphine.

Charlotte's twin sister, Samantha Ronson, works in the music industry like Mark. Samantha is a DJ who has always been interested in making music. "I grew up in the studio with songs," she told American Songwriter in 2013. "I feel like when you're doing what you love, instead of fitting yourself into somebody else's box, that comes across.

In 2007, Samantha started dating actress Lindsay Lohan. After breaking up, the DJ has kept out of the public eye, but still performs across the world often.

Born in 1986, Mick and Ann's daughter Annabelle Dexter-Jones works in the entertainment industry. Annabelle is both an actress and a director, starring in Succession, American Horror Story, and Under the Silver Lake.

She married Michelin-star winning chef Daniel Humm in 2025 in a star-studded ceremony, with guests including her famous family as well as Fran Lebowitz and Questlove.

Much like his dad, Alexander Dexter-Jones, 41, is a musician. While he hasn't released an album, Alexander has steadily put out music every year since 2024. And his parents are quite proud of him.

"Darling Alexander, Happiest Birthday to my #beautifulboy whom i adore and respect," Ann wrote to Instagram in 2024.
