As well as juggling their little one, Tom Fletcher and Giovanna Fletcher have embarked on another challenge together – a juice diet.
The McBusted star and his writer wife are the latest in a long line of celebrities to take up the popular regime, the likes of which Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Gwyneth Paltrow and Perrie Edwards have all tried and tested.
HELLO! Online blogger Giovanna and her hubby have been keeping fans in the loop during the detox, which they kicked off on Tuesday.
"Day One with @juicemaster completed… BOSH! Xx" tweeted the mum-of-one alongside a snap of four empty bottles.

Talented musician Tom warned followers that the word "juice" might be taking over his Twitter feed for a while, writing, "The wife and I are juicing with @juicemaster's juices this week. Expect more tweets with the word "juice". Juice. Juice."
After a successful first day following the liquid diet by Juice Master, which promises to help you lose the same number of pounds as the length of the diet (three pounds in three days, for example), Gi, who welcomed her baby son Buzz on 13 April, was ready for more: "…and we're ready for tomorrow @juicemaster. ;-) xx".
By the second day Tom seems to have begun missing his cup of coffee, at the same time as reaping the rewards of the detox. Along with quick weight loss, it also promises to clean the system, get rid of physical addictions and give an energy boost.
"Day two of juicing done and I've discovered that living without food is fine…living without caffeine sucks!", wrote Tom, followed by emoticons.
Shortly after the singer continued: "To be fair, I feel pretty awesome. I think I might have even levitated earlier. Only about an inch off the sofa."
The Juice Master himself, Jason Vale, has sold more than three million books, including the most well-known, 7lbs In 7 days Super Juice Diet. Fans include TV presenters Angellica Bell and Michael Underwood.
