Along with the strict diet, the father-of-four has been working out three to four days a week with two coaches in the UK and Los Angeles.But the gruelling workouts – comprising 70-mile cycle rides, 25-mile runs and two-hour swims – paid off when he successfully completed the triathlon."3.86km swim, 180.25km bike ride, 42.2km run & just over 14hrs later-it's DONE! #IRONMAN #IMKONA Thx 4 all the support!" tweeted the relieved chef.Gordon completed the triathlon, which involved a 1.2-mile swim, a 56-mile bike ride and a half-marathon, in 14 hours, four minutes and 48 seconds.
