Gordon Ramsay and his wife Tana are calling on budding bakers across the country to roll up their sleeves and help raise money for St Ormond Street Hospital. The celebrity couple are fronting the children's charity's Bake It Better Week – which runs from 19-25 October – and are asking members of the public to hold bake sales around the country to help make some money for the worthwhile cause.
Whether it's creating cupcakes for your colleagues or cookies for classmates and friends, Gordon and Tana want to get as many people involved as possible.

The couple, who are parents to four children, are lending their support to the 2015 Bake It Better campaign as part of a brand new partnership between the Gordon and Tana Ramsay Foundation and the Great Ormond Street Hospital Children's Charity, which will see them take part in a number of fundraising activities.
Just recently, the famous chef and his wife visited the hospital and spent time on the Eagle ward, joining in with cake decorating and colouring in before the young children went for dialysis treatment.
They met patients, aged from six to 12, and their parents as well as staff from the hospital's play team, who encourage patients to use play as a way of preparing for surgery and procedures, aiming to help make the children's experience of hospital as stress-free as possible.

"It was very special to meet the amazing staff, children and families at Great Ormond Street Hospital," Gordon said after their visit. "Tana and I are delighted to support such an extraordinary place through The Gordon and Tana Ramsay Foundation and I was delighted to get my apron on once more to launch Great Ormond Street Hospital's Bake it Better campaign 2015."
Tim Johnson, Chief Executive, Great Ormond Street Hospital Children's Charity, said: "Thanks to Gordon and Tana Ramsay for kicking off our Bake it Better campaign for 2015. Every cupcake or cookie sold will help us make a real difference for the seriously ill patients from across the UK at Great Ormond Street Hospital."
The Bake it Better appeal aims to raise more than £200,000 from bake sales across the UK.
