Just when you thought you'd seen everything. Joe Harrison, who goes by the rapper name of Joe Burger, has launched his debut track and it's all about… pork pies. The song, King of Pork Pie, has a 'farm life' theme and sees Joe rapping about his love of the ultimate British summertime treat. The 30-year-old security engineer from Portsmouth came up with the rap after winning a national mash-up competition run by Pork Farms.

"I'm chuffed to bits and absolutely buzzing to have won," said Joe. "To have been recognised by DJ Chris Stark and Hot Money Studios means a lot. I spotted the Pork Farm-ers' Mash Up competition on social media and knew I just had to enter. I've always loved rap music and recording this song means a lot to me because we've had good fun while giving something back to the community and celebrating the great work of British farmers."

Royalties from track downloads will go to The National Federation of Young Farmers Clubs (NFYFC) in support of the next generation of British Farmers. You can listen to or download Joe's winning track, King of Pork Pie via Google Play, Deezer, Spotify, Tidal, Amazon, iTunes and Apple Music and view the music video via the Pork Farms Facebook page on facebook.com/porkfarmsporkpies/videos/2009118152433884.
