Over the past few years, Hollywood icon Pamela Anderson has revealed that her garden is her haven, one which mirrors her natural, make-up-free ethos.
Her beautiful garden sits within the Canadian childhood home that she took over to renovate in 2020.
In a post on her beauty brand's Instagram account, the mother of two is wearing a plethora of fabulous outfits to tend to her plants, and one of them is a rather bold ensemble. The 59-year-old wore a nude-coloured tutu skirt.
The eye-catching design is the kind of separate you wear for a special occasion, but Pamela made the look a little more casual by adding a copper-toned sweatshirt. With her tumbling blonde hair looking thicker than ever, Pamela looked at ease, sans makeup, within the enchanting backdrop.
Pamela's rule-breaking makeup look
Last month, the actress attended an event for Milan Fashion Week and shocked fans with her dramatic black eyeliner transformation.
Bringing expert style charisma with her olive-toned Ferragamo gown, the former Baywatch veteran styled her platinum blonde bob into sculpted, side-swept curls, completing a look that recalled the glamour of classic Hollywood.
Her beauty look was worlds away from her first 'naked skin' appearance in 2023, when she explained she was over societal beauty pressures, choosing to go makeup-free for the foreseeable future.
Pamela does still switch up her face for red carpet appearances though, and while preparing for the evening, she explained that the combination of fresh skin and striking eye makeup was intentional. Sharing a video with fans, which showed her illuminated skin with no enhancement at all, Pamela remarked that her own Sonsie products had given her a 'mirror skin' sheen before legendary makeup artist Dame Pat McGrath worked on creating a 'Cleopatra eye'. The actress remarked that she was "convinced" that skin looks better "raw," free of any foundation or concealer.
What has Pamela Anderson said about her 'no makeup' rule?
Pamela told HELLO! in 2024: "A lot of my career was about physicality, and it's been a journey. But it's also been part of the reason why I've kind of done this experiment with myself; just to peel it all back, remember who I am, and not be defined by what people do to me, but defined by what I do."
Pamela also addressed the attention surrounding her make-up-free appearances in a recent interview with Vogue Australia. "I've done big make-up looks, I've done big clothing looks, hair, big fuzzy hats, corsets, rock stars," she explained. "I don't know. I feel like I’ve had a big romantic life. I've had a lot of wildness. And I've found that, right now, for me, just being in nature and being myself is a wild move."
