Pamela Anderson is a certified siren in see-through skirt at 59

The former Baywatch veteran has worn a variety of risqué outfits of late - from a naked dress to a daring skirt made from PVC

The world is totally enamoured with Pamela Anderson right now. Although people are understandably fond of the stunning actress's iconic days as the pin-up of the '90s, she has had a huge cultural resurgence ever since she defied societal norms in 2024 and opted to go bare-faced publicly, abandoning her femme fatale image.

Some may say that the 59-year-old is more famous now than she ever was during her Baywatch heyday.

Pamela, who was married to Mötley Crüe drummer Tommy Lee for three years, left her colourful, somewhat racy outfits behind for a more classic, tonal look with less drama, from linen trousers to floral dresses.

Pamela's new fashion rebellion revealed

However, this month, Pamela has become a Vogue cover star, appearing on the front of the Australian edition. In honour of this landmark fashion crowning, her self-imposed beauty and fashion ethos has been somewhat disregarded, with the mother of sons Brandon and Dylan Lee donning makeup and some daring attire.

Wearing subtle touches of makeup, including black kohl eyeliner - a product she was heavily reliant on during the '90s - she also donned an eye-catching, see-through skirt and coordinating shirt by Tom Ford.

Signalling the reason for her new image, she quipped: "But I'm on the cover of Vogue. Yes, put some make-up on me, and just have a little fun."

In another picture, Pamela looks effortlessly ethereal in what can only be described as a 'naked' dress by Fendi. The blonde beauty added a stack of Pandora bracelets and shoes by Amina Muaddi for the stylised shot. After Margot Robbie successfully brought back the 'naked dress' trend, a myriad of celebrities have donned the seemingly risqué dress, which creates the illusion of bare skin with strategically placed fabric, lace or beads.

Pamela on her past image portrayal

Speaking about the sex symbol image that she was previously known for, The Last Showgirl star told the publication: "I thought, 'I have so much more to give, but I've pigeonholed myself,'" she mused. "Then, of course, media and different things really steer your life and, you know, things happen in your life. It really can rip a career out of your hands."
