Speaking at the event, David revealed that he admires Victoria's success and hard work in the fashion industry.

"She's doing something far bigger than what I'm doing!" the 39-year-old told the Telegraph. "Mine is a capsule collection and something that I am 100 per cent involved in, every detail – but Victoria's is a whole other monster."

"She's won the respect of the fashion industry and many other people as well," he added. "My stuff is a lot smaller, and I'm enjoying it, but I don't have the time to do something like she is."

David revealed he admires Victoria for her success

Earlier in the week, David stepped out with his children to support Victoria at her fashion show, sitting alongside Vogue editor Anna Wintour on the front row with his eldest son Brookyln.

The Beckham boys looked on as Victoria's new designs made their way down the catwalk, and as the backstage celebrations began later, David was spotted tenderly kissing the back of his wife's head.

Victoria later revealed that she had also received a sweet note from her family ahead of the catwalk presentation.

Victoria received a sweet encouraging message from David and their children

"To Mummy, Good luck, we are very proud, Love David, Brooklyn, Romeo, Cruz and Harper xxxx," read the supportive message.

The show marked the first time that the former Spice Girl has included shoes as part of her brand, although the fashion pack were shocked to discover that the footwear was not made up of Victoria's beloved sky-high stilettos, but mostly flat shoes.

The designer herself hit the catwalk at the conclusion of her collection, looking super stylish in a green wrap skirt, black top and matching heels.
