Victoria's Secret model Sara Sampaio has urged the lingerie brand's newbies to "enjoy every second" when they make their debut in the annual Fashion Show. The 26-year-old Portuguese model made her first Fashion Show appearance in 2013, and has since become one of Victoria's Secret's most popular "angels". This year, she will be joined by a host of new faces taking to the runway for the highly-anticipated event, which will take place on 28 November in Shanghai, China, and Sara shared her tips for the newcomers in a chat with Vogue.
"To enjoy every second!" Sara replied when asked what advice she would give them. "Do not rush on the runway! It's your time and you should take it and make it yours. There's no other feeling like your first show."

Adriana Lima, Lily Aldridge, and Martha Hunt also took part in the Vogue Q&A, and revealed their own tips for the newbies. "Enjoy it! It goes by so fast, don't be afraid to smile and really show your personality, because you'll stand out," Martha smiled, while Lily suggested that they should "have fun and let your inner beauty shine through!" Meanwhile, Adriana, who is currently the longest-standing Victoria's Secret angel, added: "It will go by so fast so just enjoy."
Sara has been walking in the Victoria's Secret show since 2013
With a new influx of beauties soon to be gracing the catwalk, Adriana is sure to be asked for her advice. And being a role model is a job the Brazilian beauty takes very seriously, as she explained: "I've been very fortunate to be the longest standing Victoria's Secret Angel and I think as part of that, the young women who are walking for the first time look up to me. I've had longevity in this business because I'm hardworking and try to be kind and respectful to others. I suppose I show them through my actions."
Sara is a relative newcomer to the lingerie company compared to Adriana. And she said that if she's approached for advice by anyone, she'll be happy to share her words of wisdom as their peer.
"We are all similar in age so if someone asks me for advice I will happily give it but from a friend's perspective," she smiled.
