Victoria Beckham certainly knows how to put her skills to good use! The fashion designer brightened up strangers' days when she appeared via an iPad to offer her style advice to passers-by in Central Park, New York. Ever the entrepreneur, Victoria charged $2 to those wishing to chat to her. Vanity Fair's style writer and editor Derek Blasberg was on hand to help – who was in the city in person, and seen holding up a large wooden booth around his neck, reading: "Fashion Advice From Victoria Beckham - $2."

Footage was released on Vanity Fair's website on Tuesday, which showed Victoria jokingly tell Derek when he told her how much he was charging for her advice: "I will have to give them what they want, what they really, really want," - referring to one of the Spice Girls' most iconic songs. The fashion designer was full of praise to some passers by. "You look like Danny Zucko," she told one man as he went up to the stand to query his choice of trousers. "Is it ok to still wear white trousers after Labor Day," he asked. Victoria replied, telling him that rules were there to be broken.

Victoria was full of wisdom - even telling her top maternity style tip

The mum-of-four told another gentleman that he looked better with his hair up in a man bun – and even asked him to take his hair down so she could compare. "I like it back in the bun, because I think it's super flattering on your face," was her verdict. While chatting to another fan, Victoria revealed that when it came to wearing heels, she looks for comfort. "Normally I am running around after four children, so I have to be able to move around in those things," she joked.

The doting mum was also full of advice when it came to maternity style. "I took my jeans and I cut little Vs so I put elastic in them," she told one lady, who was six months pregnant and looking for advice. At the end of the video, Victoria and Derek discussed where the money raised from the day should go. "I am an UNAIDS Goodwill Ambassador, so I would like the money to go to UNAIDS," she said.
