Victoria Beckham had her TV dream come true when she was introduced to Doctor Foster's Suranne Jones. The fashion designer shared a photo of their exciting encounter on Instagram, writing: "I met Dr Foster!!" Victoria, 43, and Suranne, 39, were attending Harper's Bazaar Women of the Year Awards, where the former Spice Girl was presented with the British Brand of the Year award by the actress.

Victoria looked on-trend in a silk blouse and pastel yellow trousers from her own collection, while Suranne wore a printed top and trouser combo, also by Victoria Beckham. Suranne's front placket shirt, from the pre-autumn/winter collection, retails for £645 while the cropped trousers sell for £735.

Suranne also shared another snap of the pair, congratulating "wonder woman" Victoria and writing: "So lovely to meet you."

A host of stars stepped out for the awards ceremony, which took place at Claridge's Hotel in central London. Victoria was pictured chatting to Kate Winslet and Carey Mulligan, while Jenna Coleman, Georgia May Jagger, Gemma Arterton and Sam Smith were also in attendance.

Earlier this week, Victoria enjoyed some downtime as the Beckhams celebrated Halloween. The famous family pulled out all the stops, decking out their Holland Park home in spooky decorations. Victoria's husband David, 42, gave passers-by a scare as he dressed up as Shaun of the Dead, complete with a bloodied shirt. The Beckhams proved to have one of the most popular houses to trick or treat at this year, as they ran out of sweets and had to put a sign up that read: "All out of candy sorry! Happy Halloween!"
