Queen Letizia of Spain made a stylish appearance on 25 September for the opening of the Vocational Training Academic Year in Spain – and her bold outfit was straight from Princess Kate's look book.
Letizia is consistently one of Europe's best-dressed royals, known for her polished, modern style and sustainable fashion choices. When she's not in a ballgown and tiara for the most formal occasions, Letizia's wardrobe consists of high-end designers, sophisticated tailoring and power suits.
While out in Talavera de la Reina on Friday, the royal stood out in a bright pink suit jacket and matching pants. She complemented the eye-catching look with a white top underneath, which she tucked into the waistline of her trousers for a fitted silhouette, and left her hair down for the day.

Princess Kate loves a pink power suit

In June 2022, the Princess of Wales, who was then the Duchess of Cambridge, teamed up with the Royal Foundation Centre for Early Childhood to host a roundtable talk in London to mark the release of new research. The event, held at the Royal Institution, was attended by representatives from the early years sector.
Kate looked ready for business in a powerful pink Alexander McQueen suit, which she paired with a white shirt beneath the single-breasted blazer, similar to how Letizia styled her recent look. The Princess of Wales teamed the formal attire with Emmy London's 'Rebecca Pink Makeup Suede Pumps' and wore her hair out in glamorous, loose curls.
The royal re-wore her bubblegum pink suit in May 2023 for a visit to her patronage, the Foundling Museum. This time, she committed to the pink with a matching coloured shirt to go with her designer blazer and trousers. Kate broke up the bright outfit with a statement white buckled belt adorned with oversized pearls.

"Kate is a textbook summer, and she shines brightest in soft, cool tones that work with her natural, gentle colouring, rather than hues that try to compete with it," Susie said. "Think powder blue, muted pinks, lavender, and misty greys."
