The first official photo of the new X Factor line-up has been revealed. The image shows first-time judges Rita Ora and Nick Grimshaw seated on the panel alongside Simon Cowell and Cheryl Fernandez-Versini, with co-hosts Caroline Flack and Olly Murs stood behind them.
The picture was taken on day one of auditions for the 2015 series, which were held in Manchester on Wednesday. Try-outs had been scheduled to begin on Monday, but were postponed following the sad death of Simon's mother Julie.

The X Factor boss put on a brave face as he joined his fellow judges at the arena, having issued a heartfelt statement on Tuesday, thanking fans for their support. "My family lost someone very special on Sunday. My mum," he wrote on Twitter. "I am overwhelmed with gratitude for all of the kind messages received. Thank you X."
He understandably chose not to walk the red carpet on Wednesday – but excited fans who had gathered outside Manchester's Event City were still treated to their first glimpse of his fellow judges.
Rita Ora stood out in a fire-engine red dress
Cheryl and Rita were both dressed to impress as they arrived for the auditions. Rita, 24, made a bold statement in a fire-engine red dress with a giant gold belt cinching in her waist, and thigh-high red patent boots.
Cheryl, meanwhile, shrugged off recent criticism about her weight and showed off her dazzling smile as she arrived for the auditions, wearing a black crop top and wide leg trousers.
All three judges were clearly in high spirits as they posed for pictures with fans before making their way inside the venue ready to hear the first hopefuls.

Rumours that Rita and Nick would be joining the show were confirmed in mid-June with an official announcement on The X Factor’s official Twitter page. An accompanying photo showed Rita, Radio 1 DJ Nick and 32-year-old Cheryl smiling and happily posing side-by-side.
