Diet coach Valérie Orsoni has worked with stars from Jennifer Aniston to Demi Moore, who turn to her world famous detox programme Le Bootcamp Diet to get in shape.
Valérie has created an exclusive seven day diet plan for HELLO! Fashion readers, for a quick but healthy way to shed a few pounds. "You can mix and match days," she says. "Repeat menus you liked or swap days if it makes life easier. The programme will still work!"
"Remember to walk 12,000 steps a day," she adds. "If you can squeeze in 3 hours of cardio per week on top of this, you are on your way to a hot bikini body!"

MONDAY
Breakfast:
Freshly squeezed lemon with a glass of room temperature water
1 buckwheat porridge with berries
Pink grapefruit
Lunch:
1 x chicken caesar wrap
1 x nectarine
2 x squares of chocolate
Dinner:
Crab salad with romaine lettuce
1 buckwheat crepe with marinara, mozzarella and half a teaspoon of parmesan
TUESDAY
Breakfast:
Freshly squeezed lemon with a glass of room temperature water
2 slices of gluten free bread with 4 slices of smoked wild salmon
1 banana
Lunch:
1 minestrone soup
100g of beef jerky
Dinner:
1 bowl of carrot soup
1 grilled chicken fillet
1 vegan yoghurt with a tablespoon of honey

WEDNESDAY
Breakfast:
Freshly squeezed lemon with a glass of room temperature water
2 sweet buckwheat crepes with a tablespoon or honey and flaxseeds
1 banana
Lunch:
1 Corsican wrap (Feta cheese, tomato, almonds, onions, chicken)
1 bowl of seasonal berries
Dinner:
Chicken tandoori
Romaine salad with balsamic vinaigrette
1 orange
THURSDAY
Breakfast:
Freshly squeezed lemon with a glass of room temperature water
10 tablespoons of buckwheat flakes with almond or coconut milk, and blueberries
Lunch:
Endive salad with smoked salmon and balsamic vinaigrette with grilled toast
Raw chai seed pudding
Dinner:
1 miso soup
6 sushi rolls
1 seaweed salad
FRIDAY
Breakfast:
Freshly squeezed lemon with a glass of room temperature water
1 buckwheat porridge
1 pink grapefruit
Lunch:
Grilled mackerel with melon and steamed potato
1 bowl of strawberry slices with oranges
Dinner:
1 grilled veggie patty
1 small portion of soba noodles
