The ultimate LBD workout for the party season

hellomagazine.com With the Christmas party season almost upon us, it's not too late to tone up in time to slip into your favorite LBD to get into the festive spirit.

Expert fitness trainers Paul Cambray and Lisa Wilkinson have put together the ultimate LBD Workout, a 25-minute workout to help you shed those last few pounds, without having to use equipment or find the time to go to the gym.

"The plan specifically targets those troublesome areas that an LBD likes to highlight," says Lisa. "With the LBD workout, we're focusing on trimming thighs and bums, blasting bingo wings and flattening the tummy."
