Expert fitness trainers Paul Cambray and Lisa Wilkinson have put together the ultimate LBD Workout, a 25-minute workout to help you shed those last few pounds, without having to use equipment or find the time to go to the gym.
"The plan specifically targets those troublesome areas that an LBD likes to highlight," says Lisa. "With the LBD workout, we're focusing on trimming thighs and bums, blasting bingo wings and flattening the tummy."

Round 1 - CLICK ON THE IMAGE BELOW FOR THE FULL WORKOUT
This round works to raise your pulse to get you ready for the workout. Each exercise should be performed for 30 seconds. Once you have completed a cycle, take a 30 second rest, before repeating the whole routine two more times, with a 30 second rest in between each one.

These exercises work on toning your legs and bum to be LBD-ready. Each exercise should be performed for 30 seconds. Once you have completed a cycle, take a 30 second rest and then repeat the routine two more times. On the final set, rest for one minute.
Round 3 - CLICK ON THE IMAGE BELOW FOR THE FULL WORKOUT
This series of exercises works on toning your abs and working your core muscles. All exercises should be performed for 30 seconds. Take a 30 second rest after the first set, then repeat the whole routine twice.
When you finish, make sure to cool down to avoid stiffness and the risk of injury. Paul revealed that exercise works best when undertaken alongside a healthy diet, for maximum results.
"Try to eat at regular intervals to increase your metabolism," he advises. "Also try to include a source of protein with each meal and snack."
