Jennifer Aniston has spoken up about her beauty and fitness routines

"I always give myself a good steam," she told make-up artist Bobbi Brown for Yahoo! Style. "A hot steam, or I have an infrared hot box that I love that always gives me an extra boost or an extra glow to my skin."

She added: "I usually do it right after a workout. Also a really good workout is something that always gets me going. Gives me oxygen and brings my chi right back to where it should be."

Listing some of her favourite exercises as "spin class and then a yoga class", the former Friends star confessed that due to her hectic work schedule she doesn't always have time to consistently workout. Instead, she admitted she prefers to focus on eating a healthy balanced diet when it comes to staying in shape.

Jennifer revealed she focuses on eating a balanced diet

"I'm very busy, I've been travelling, and it's always hard when you're travelling," she explained. "But I am consistently great with my food, and I also am not so strict. I usually give myself a day of whatever I want."

It's not the first time that Jennifer, who recently married fellow actor Justin Theroux in a private intimate ceremony, has spoken candidly about her beauty and fitness regime.

The American beauty has revealed that when she's off-duty, she prefers to keep her beauty routine relatively low-key. "Yesterday it took me 15 minutes to get up, get my hair done, and go," she told Allure magazine.

"I honestly just blow-dry it with my fingers around my hairline, and then I get the roots set, and then I'll let the rest of the hair air-dry."
