Demi then revealed that although she doesn't think her body is "perfect", she was celebrating her physique and confidence. "My body isn't perfect, I'm not my fittest, but this is me!! And I [heart emoji] it," she wrote alongside the eye-catching snap.
The Give Your Heart a Break singer is renowned for celebrating natural beauty, and recently wowed her fans when she shared a no make-up selfie. Looking as radiant as ever in the photo shared with her 37.8 million Instagram followers, Demi smiles for the camera, her hair swept to the side.

"What makes me sad is to see so many girls on Instagram with their faces painted, literally, and the contouring tutorials and the lip tutorials," she told Refinery29. "I had a moment when I thought, 'Are my lips not big enough?' And, no, I have great lips.
"While it's great to learn, some of these tutorials make you think you have to put pounds of make-up on and that's not the case."
